We understand that schedules can change and unexpected situations arise. We strive to accommodate your needs while ensuring we can provide the best service possible to all our clients. To maintain an efficient schedule and respect the time of our team and clients, we have the following cancellation policy:

 

Notification:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and allocate the time slot to another client.

 

Same Day Cancellations:

We understand that emergencies happen. However, for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. This fee compensates our staff for their time and ensures we can continue to offer high-quality services to all our clients.

 

How to Cancel:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone at 562-280-2925. Our team will assist you and confirm the cancellation or rescheduling of your service.

 

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time are considered late cancellations and will incur a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to manage our schedule effectively.

 

Refunds:

If you have prepaid for your cleaning service, we will issue a refund minus the $50 cancellation fee if applicable. Refunds will be processed within seven business days.

 

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date without any additional charges, provided notice is given more than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
